Terms and Conditions

1. When you book a regular lesson time, you are paying for me to be available during that time.  If you are unable to attend your normal time it may be possible to reschedule a lesson, provided a suitable time is available. The new arrangement needs to be reached at least 1 hour prior to your normal lesson time. Make up lessons will not be carried forward beyond the end of term.
2. Parents/guardians must accompany their children to all lessons held in a private location. It is the responsibility of the parents/guardians to bring their children on time.
3. Fees will be credited to the following term if I am unable to attend a lesson and a "make up" lesson is not possible.
4. Fees are payable at the beginning of each term^#. Payment should be made within 7 days of the invoice issue date. Late payment may result in your lesson time being given to another student.
5. Refunds will not normally be given for withdrawal from lessons. 
6. A student is not permitted to re-enrol for a new term of study if fees remain outstanding for a previous term.
7. In the case of class/group activities, make up lessons will not be provided nor credit given to students who fail to attend.

# Although lessons are normally paid for in advance a term at a time, if you are unsure what to expect just come along
  and the first two lessons can be provided on a pay per lesson basis.
